Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is ctosely related to human rights. lntegrating CSR with human rights is a measure of the application of CSR in society. ln the scope of law and human rights, trans-national corporations are considered nonsfafe actors. Trans-national mining companies have a responsibility to fulfill social, economic and culturat rights. However, the state can be held responsibte for any rights violation if state fails to abide by international law in economics, social and culture matters when conducting bilaterat and multilateral agreement with another stafe, international organizations or transnation al corporatations.
