    This article discusses the New Jersey method for adjusted reserve of term life insurance using Makeham distribution. In this project, life annuity due and premium for term life insurance obtained based on Makeham law of mortality. By using the value of annuity due and premium insurance it can be determined adjusted reserve calculation with New Jersey method based on Makeham distribution. The analysis result of adjusted reserve by New Jersey method based on Makeham distribution is smaller than the reserve value without New Jersey method
