This research aim to to. To to know Clan System relation pattern in Structure Consanquinity of Dalihan Na Tolu in Countryside of Balam Sempurna. Population in this research is Society of Batak Toba. While technique intake of sampel use technique of proporsional sampling. becoming sampel in this research 34 responder of dari3.420 Society head of Toba in Countryside of Balam Sempurna. Data collected to pass observation, enquette, interview, bibliography technique and documentation. In analysing data use quantitative descriptive analysis. Research place conducted by in Countryside of Balam Sempurna. This Research result show that : clan Pattern system relation a in consanquinity structure of Dalihan Na Tolu in Countryside of Balam executed Sempurna better b. Rights and obligations and also someone duty and function in consanquinity structure of Dalihan Na Tolu executed better c. Most societies of batak toba understand with existing norm in consanquinity structure of Dalihan Na Tolu steming from customary law of Dalihan Na Tolu d. Social Status and domicile in consanquinity structure of Dalihan Na Tolu obtain;get good treatment with other member.
