    Studi Tentang Kesadaran Hukum Berlalu Lintas Menurut Uu No 22 Tahun 2009 Pada Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

    This research is motivated by the lack of awareness of the law students in Traffic and it is added again by there is no parental role to prevent or even forbid his children to obey the traffic. Formulation of the problem in this research is "How perspective and a specific description of Awareness Traffic Law passed by students of SMAN 1 Rambah". This study aims to determine perspective and a specific description of the legal awareness Lapse Traffic at students of SMAN 1 Rambah. Legal awareness is actually awareness or values of people on existing law or an existing law or of the law to expect there. The population of this study is all of students of SMAN 1 Rambah, Kec. Rambah Kab. Rokan Hulu, and total number of them are 885 people. While the technique of sampling using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling according to the Arikunto Suharsimi samples taken at random or random for each level of the class of the samples in this study was 10% of the population that is numbered 88 students. Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, interviews, and technical literature. In analyzing of the data is using Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The Results of this study indicate that the Traffic Awareness Law passed by Law No. 22 of 2009 Students of SMAN I Rambah, Kec. Rambah Kab. Rokan Hulu for the Violation Frequently (50.5%) was 33.34% at Benchmark - 66.66% if we are conduct to Sutrisno Hadi‟s hypothesis"Low Awareness Traffic Law Passed According to Law No. 22 of 2009 Students of SMAN I Rambah, Kec. Rambah Kab. Rokan Hulu ", rejected or not accepted. It can be concluded that Kesadara Awareness Traffic Law Passed by Law 22 of 2009 students of SMAN I Rambah, Kec. Rambah Kab. Rokan Hulu is Moderate.
