Pengembangan Pengolahan Sereal Untuk Produk Dodol Dan Bakso Sehat

One attempt to reduce poverty for farmers and fishermen through a get second income. This study aims to assess the potential livelihood cereals and fish catch as a second income, and to process the results into products lunkhead cereals and fish products into fish balls. The method used there are two descriptive qualitative surveys, and laboratory research in product development Unhas qualitatively with a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments were given in lunkhead seaweed that is by the addition of glutinous rice flour and seaweed broth, when for the manufacture of fish meatballs namely with the addition of the flying fish meat and seaweed broth. The best results for lunkhead seaweed that is in the addition of 70% + 50% glutinous rice flour porridge seaweed, while the best results for fish meat ball that is in the addition of 60% + 15% flying fish seaweed.
