Item APLIKASI BEBERAPA FUNGISIDA NABATI DAN LAMA PENYIMPANAN TERHADAP KUALITAS BENIH KAKAo (Theobroma cacao L.)(2014-02-11) Zuhry, ElzaThe research is purposed to knows the influence of interaction of the natural fungiside and storage duration to the cacao seed viability and vigor. These reseach is used the factorial complete random desig. The fisrt factor on the giving some pf natural fungiside that consist of the storage duration that consist 4 level (1,2,3,and 4 week). Eah of the combinations is consist of there times replication. The parameters that we observe is on:the percentage of seed that atta=ck of fungisides, the kinds of fungisides attack seed, first count test, soil emergence test, and weight ery of the sprout. From the research we have the conclusions that is the cacao seed that cocsist natural fungiside garlic is can to defens that quality for 2 week.Item APLIKASI BERBAGAI PUPUK ORGANIK PADA MEDIUM TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BEBERAPA VARIETAS KELADI HIAS (Caladium sp)(2014-02-11) Zuhry, ElzaThe objective of this research was to achieve the best organic manure in the graund medium of decorative taro. The research was carried out experimentally with completely randomized design factorial with 2 factors and 3 replication. Factor l, organic manura of three levets (cow dirt manure, chickenrun manure and bokashi). Factor ll, the using of many taro vaieties of 4 level (Batura, Batik, Ace of heart, and hortulanum). The analysis of vaienco will be continued with Duncan New Multiple Range test at 5%o level. The result of this research is the best growth of taro ptant front giving bokashi manure in hortulanum variaety, and the best aesthetic.Item KARAKTERISASI DAN HUBUNGAN KEKERABATAN BEBERAPA GALUR SORGUM (SORGHUM BICOLOR,L) KOLEKSI BATAN(2014-01-23) Zuhry, Elza; Deviona; Nurbaiti; Siswanto, JokoPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik agronomi tanaman sorgum dan mempelajari hubungan kekerabatannya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau berlangsung dari bulan Juni 2012 sarryai dengan November 2012. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompoh(RA$; satu faktor yang terdiri dari 15 genotipe sorgum yang berasal dari koleksi BATAN (varietas Kawali, Mandau, Durra dan UPCA-SI, serta galur 8100, Bg5,Bg2,B83, 876, 875,872,869,890, CTY-33 danzH'30) dengan tiga ulangan. Pada peubah-peubah yang menghasilkan uji F nyata, dilalarkan uji nilai tengah Duncai's Nei Muttiple Range Tesr (DNMRT) taraf 5olo. Kemudian Ailanj*kan menggunakan analisis komponen utama dan analisis gerombol (ctuiter). Hasit penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis Komponen Utama dan Analisis Cluster, genotipe sorggm dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kelompok. Kelompok I terdiri atas 13 galur/varietas (galur B-75, 8-69, B-72,CTy-i3, B-100, B-95, B-76, B-90, ZH-30, B-83, B-92 dm varietas UPCA 31,Durra), kelompok II terdiri atas I varietas yaitu Kawali, kelompok III terdiri atas 1varietas yaitu Mandau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau berlangsung dari bulan 2012 sampai dengan November 2012. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), satu faktor yang terdiri dari 15 genotipe sorgum yang berasal dari Koleksi BATAN (varietas Kawali, Mandau, Durra dan UPCA-SI, serta galw B100, 895, 892,B,83,P76,875,872,869, CTY-33 dan ZH-30) dengan tiga ulangan. Pada perubahanpeubahan yang menghasilkan uji F nyata, dilakukan uji nilai tengah Duncan's New Multiple Range Zesl (DNMRT) taraf 5%, kemudian dilanjutkan perhitungan nilai ragam genotipe (o'G), ragam fenotipe (o'P), koefisien keragaman genetik (KKG) dan nilai heritabilitas. Peubah memiliki nilai koefisien keragaman dengan kriteria yang luas ialah diameter batang. Peubah-peubah selain diameter batang memiliki nilai koefisien keragaman dengan kriteria yang sempit. Peubah yang memiliki nilai heritabilitas dalam arti luas yang tinggi ialah jurrrlah daun, diameter batang,tinggi tanaman, bobot biji per malai, jumlah biji per malai, panjang malai, hasil per plot. Peubah umur berbunga memiliki nilai heritabilitas dalam arti luas yang sempit serta peubah berat 1000 biji dan berat biomassa batang memiliki nilai heritabilitas dalam arti luas yang sedang.Item Pengaruh Giberelin Terhadap Perkembangan Biji Dan Komponen Hasil Tanaman Kedelai(2015-04-11) Rasyad, Aslim; Zuhry, Elza; NurbaitiThe objective of this experiment was to determine the response of several cultivars of soybean to gibberellins (GA3) application. Three soybean genotypes were grown in plots of 3,2 m x 3 m with planting rate of 15 plants per m2. The experiment were assigned in a split plot design with three replications, in which three rates of GA3 as main plot and genotypes as subplots. The rates of GA3 concentration were 125 ppm, 250 ppm and control, and applied to the plant at 21 days after planting. Ten pods were sampled every five days from randomly selected plants to observed seed dry weight. In addition we observed seed dry matter accumulation rate, effective filling period, grain yield m-2, and 100-seed weight. The change of seed dry weight were very slow until 20 days after anthesis (DAA), then, increased steadily until 40 DAA and reached physiological maturity at 50 DAA for all varieties. The pattern of seed development was different among cultivars but almost similar among the three GA3 concentrations exept for Grobogan, in which seed from plants sprayed by 250 ppm GA3 showed lower rate than 125 ppm and control. Dry matter accumulation rate of soybean cultivars sprayed by GA3 at a rate of 125 ppm increased for around 30% for Anjasmoro and Grobogan compare to control and 250 ppm. Grain yield tent to increase by spraying GA3 at 125 ppm mainly for Argomulyo and Wilis and decreased beyond the concentrationItem PENGELOLAAN AIR PADA MEDIA TANAH INSEPTISOL (LAHAN BUKAAN BARU) DALAM POT TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN JARINGAN AERENCHYMA DAN PRODUKTIVITAS PADI SAWAH (Oryza sativaL.)(2014-01-23) Zuhry, Elza; ArmanPenelitian ini memiliki empat. tujuan utama yaitu 1). Mengkaji tinggi permukaan air di luar pot terhadap perkembangan jaringan aerenchyma; 2). Memperbaiki lingkungan tumbuh akar dengan menjaga tanah tetap aerasi optimal melalui pengelolaan pemberian air;3). Mendapatkan kondisi kelembabaitanah yang cocok untuk mendukung produktivitas padi sawah dalam modiiikasi sni; dan 4). Memperbaiki teknis budidaya padi sawah dari konvensional-(lahan tergenang atau anaerob). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian universitas Riau, pada Bulan April sampai November 2011. Media tanah dalam pot (diameter 39. ) diberi lobang (tempat air masuk), sedangican potiersebut dalam kondisi terendam dalam ember yang lebih besar (diameter-5O cm) tinggirendah dalam pot tidak diberi air, tetapi air diperoleh atau berasal dari air resapan yang terletak di luar pot-[air dalam ember.tinggi permukaan air dalam ember besar merupakan perlakuan yang.akan memberikan perbedaan nilai kadar air dalam pot sebagai media tanam' Penelitan- ini melakukan tnlnguiian terhadap enarn perlakuan perubaahan tinggi permukaan air dalam ember besar terhadap permukaan tanah dalam pot, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 ulangan. Kesimpulan penelitian yang diperoleh adalah perkembangan jaringan aerenchyma padi sawah tidak dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan yang-berbeda, berarti karakteristik jaringan aerenchyma sangat ditentukan oleh faktor genetik; 2). Jumlah anakan produktif dan jumlah butir per malai yang terbaik didapatkan pada perlakuan E (tinggi genangan 15 cm dibawah permukain tanah); 3). Berat 1000 biji yang tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan E, sesuai dengan deskripsi varietas; 4). The oblectives of lhis research are to determine the amount of urea as a dessicant and approriate slorage duration toward peanut seed viability and vigor The research used Comptetely Randomized Design Factorial, Factor I, Dessicant of three levels ( O%, 10%, and 20%), Factor lt, Storage Duration with 5 Levels (30,60, 90 ,and 120 days). Each combination of treatment was repticated 3 times. Parameters measerud are seed moisture content, stancJard germination test, index value test, and soil emergence test. L) PADA BERBAGAI KADAR AIR TANAH KAPASITAS LAPANG SEBELUM FASE PEMBUNGAAN(2014-01-23) Zuhry, Elza; Nurbaiti; Kusuma, Novan ArigaTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kadar air tanah kapasitas lapang sebelum fase pembungaan terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi beberapa vmietas jagung. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor I adalah kadar air tanah kapasitas lapang (K) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : 100% KATKL (Kl),75% KATKL (K2) dan 50oh KATKL (K3), Faktor II adalah Varietas (V) terdiri dari Varietas Arjuna (V1), Varietas Sukmaraga (V2), dan Varietas Lokal jagung Pulut (V3). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Anova dan dilanjutkan dengan DNMRT SYo.Parameter yang diamati adalah : tinggi tanaman, ratio tajuk akar, berat kering tanaman umur 4l HST, berat kering tanaman saat panene umur muncul bunga jantan, umur muncul bunga betina, berat tongkol tanpa kelobot, panjang tongkol, diameter tongkol dan berat pipilan per tongkol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Arjuna dapat mempertahankan produksi dan kualitas biji walaupun mengalami kekurangan air sampai 50% KATKL pada fase vegetatif. The effort seed quality during storage can be done with adding desiccant matter. The aim of this research is to get seed such as 2% of seed weight (c1), 4% of seed weight (c2) and 6% of seed weight (c3). The second factor were the during storage after 1week (p1) 2week (p3) and weeks (p4) the parameters wich were referred to such as water consist of seed after storage, percentage of seed wich germinate in the en of storage percentage of broken seed after storage, percentage of seed which germinate in the end of storage. Percentage of broken seed after storage and soil emergence test the conclusion of this research was that cacao seed which was given desiccant matter (CaO) 6% of seed weight could defend seed quality of cacao during 3 weeks in storage.Item Variabilitas Dan Heritabilitas Mutu Biji Berbagai Genotipe Kedelai (Glycine max (L) Merril) Pada Dua Cara Aplikasi Pupuk Nitrogen(2015-08-04) Hamzah, Muhammad; Rasyad, Aslim; Zuhry, ElzaThe needs for soybean in the country are currently met by imported. In the last ten years, more than 60% of the soybeans are imported from various countries every year. The purpose of this study was to determine the components of the population of soybean seed quality in two ways of application nitrogen fertilizers and determination of the value of heritability and the correlation between yield components in soybean seed quality. The design used was Randomized Design Group (RAK) 2 factorials. The first factor is the genotype of soybean and the second method is the application of nitrogen fertilizer in the second degree. The results of this study indicated a significant component of the diversity of genotypes for all the observed properties such as the weight of seeds per plant, weight of 100 seeds, dry seed yield per plot, oil content and protein content of soybean seeds. Variety of environmental components in the form of nitrogen fertilizer application was significant only for the nature of the seed weight per plant, dry seed yield per plot and seed protein content. The component of the interaction between genotype diversity with fertilizer significant was only for the nature of the oil content of seeds. Heritability value of all properties that were observed demonstrated significant value when compared with the twice value of its standard error (SE). Soybean seed protein content was negatively correlated with yield components but the oil content of soybeans was not correlated with the yield components. Meanwhile the protein content of the oil contents of soybeans a negative correlation, although not significant.Item THE YIELD TEST FOR SOME VARIETIES OF SUPERIOR RICE (Oryza sativa.I.) IN PADANG MUTUNG VILLAGE KAMPAR DISTRICT(2014-01-23) Khoiri, Muhammad Amrul; Zuhry, Elza; MusliminThe objective of this research is to obtain rice varieties which growth and production in favor. The experiment was carried out in Padang Mutung village, Kampar District. The research used Camplete Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and replications. The rice varieties are Batang Gadis (VI), Invari 6 Jete(V2) and Invari 12 (V3.). Then further test DNMRT of 5% level. Parametev observed are plant height, the number of productive tillers, the panicles appearance, age of harvest, the number of grain per plant, the percentage of full grain, rice dry weight per plot, and I000 grain weight. The result of the research showed that the treatments significantly effected all parameters. Batang Gadis variety shows the best growth and yield (8,99 g/plot) equivalent to 3,97 ton/ha. It is suggested to the farmers of the Padang Mutung village to use Batang Gadis varietas.
