Item KEANEKARAGAMAN DAN KELIMPAHAN CAPUNG (Odonata:Anisoptera) DI HUTAN LARANGAN ADAT GHIMBO POTAI KABUPATEN KAMPAR PROVINSI RIAU(2020-11) Agustina, Yuli; Yulminarti, YulminartiDragonflies have an important role in habitat for maintaining the balance of forest ecosystem and as predators to small insects such as like moths mosquitoes and plant pests. The purpose of this study was to determine the composition and diversity of Anisoptera dragonflies (Odonata) in three types of habitat in the Ghimbo Potai Indigenous Forest. This research was conducted from January to Ferbuary 2020 with a purposive method. Data collection used LTC (Linear transect count) in three habitats namely aquatic area, open forest and forest edges. A 200 m transect was made for sampling and observation along 10 m right and left of the transect. The results of research on three types of habitat found two families namely Libellulidae (13 species) and Gomphide (1 species) of 567 individuals. The highest value of relative abundance was found in species of Orthetrum sabina that dominated all habitats. This study conclude that the diversity index range was 2,18-2,49 and aquatic habitat had the highest percentage of diversity and evennensItem Keanekaragaman Kupu-Kupu (Lepidoptera: Rhopalocera) Di Kawasan Penyangga Suaka Margasatwa Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Provinsi Riau(wahyu sari yeni, 2019-01-03) Lestari, Nanda Indah Dian; Yulminarti, YulminartiBukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Wildlife Reserve located in Kampar and Kuantan Singingi districts, Riau Province. Owing to conversion of forest especially for oil palm plantations and human settlement, has devastating effects for the Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Wildlife Reserve ecosystem, thus have a direct influence for biodiversity loss. The objective of this study was to analyze the diversity of butterflies (Lepidoptera: Rhopalocera) in Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Wildlife Reserve. This study was conducted in three different location i.e human settlement, oil palm plantation and riverside from 09:00 – 12:00 am and from 14:00 – 16:00 pm within Pollard transect methode was used. The study succesfully identified 465 butterflies individuals representating 78 species belong five families namely Papilionidae (10 species), Pieridae (12 species), Nymphlidae (37 species), Lycaeniidae (14 species), Hesperiidae (5 species). The highest Shanon-diversity index were found in riverside (H’ = 3,93), while the lowest were in the oil palm plantation (H’ = 2,46).Item KEANEKARAGAMAN LABA-LABA DI KAWASAN PEMUKIMAN KELURAHAN SIMPANG BARU PEKANBARU DAN SEKITAR HUTAN ARBORETUM KAMPUS UNRI PEKANBARU(perpustakaan UR, 2021-07) Kholizah, Siti; Yulminarti, YulminartiArthropods are the largest group of animal that inhabit the soil taking about 65%. Therefore Arthropods paly an important role in the ecosystem. Spiders have huge diversity because they show adaptability to their environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of spiders in the residential area of Simpang Baru Pekanbaru and around the Arboretum forest of the Universitas Riau campus. This study identified the pattern of spiders’ preference over environmental factors in the two type areas. The total number of species obtained in this study was 24 species and 139 individuals consisting of eight families. Diversity Index in campus forest and residential areas ranged from 2.7 to 2.9 and 2.0 to 2.2 respectively. In addition, the Evenness Index Value in residential part and campus forest was from 0.77 to 0.95 and from 0.97 to 1.0, respectively.Item KEANEKARAGAMAN SERANGGA PERMUKAAN TANAH DI HUTAN LARANGAN ADAT GHIMBO POTAI KENAGARIAN RUMBIO KAMPAR(wahyu sari yeni, 2019-04-23) Wahyuni, Sry; Yulminarti, YulminartiForests are natural resources that are very potential in supporting flora and fauna diversity. One of the resource in the forest is soil surface insect. The conversion of forest threatens the existence of soil surface insects in an area. The purpose of this study was to study the diversity of soil surface insects and soil chemical physic factors that influence the existence of soil surface insects in Larangan Adat Ghimbo Potai Kenagarian Rumbio Forest. This research was carried out in January 2017. Insect collection used the pifall trap method for 72 hours. The results showed that the diversity of soil surface insect in secondary forest consisted of 9 orders, 17 families, 29 species and 1839 individuals. Diversity index in secondary forest is 1,458 and classified in medium category. The evenness index 0.997 is included in the even category.Item Keanekaragaman Zooplankton Di Dua Danau Kawasan Perkotaan Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor(Elfitra, 2023-04) Setiyaningsih, Sulis; Yulminarti, Yulminarti; Toruan, Reliana LumbanZooplankton are widely distributed in aquatic ecosystems. Their community structure and distribution are influenced by both abiotic factors such as temperature, pH, DO, depth, and chlorophyll-a. Zooplankton are sensitive to environmental changes, therefor they are widely used as bioindicator for water quality and ecosystem health. The study of zooplankton biodiversity and its relationship with environmental conditions in several lakes in urban area of Cibinong, Bogor Regency in West Java – Indonesia, has been conducted. Zooplankton samples were collected form five urban lakes by filtering twenty liters of water using a 53 μm plankton net. Prior to analysis, samples were preserved in lugol. Identification and enumeration of zooplankton were performed under a compound microscope using a Sedgewick rafter counting chamber. A total of three groups of zooplankton have been identified from all observed lakes, which include rotifers, cladocerans, and copepods, for a total of 3.492, 136, and 1.632 ind/L, respectively.
