Item Impact Of Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurial Motive, And Community Culture In Increasing Competitive Advantage In Small And Medium Industries (Smis) In Pekanbaru City Riau Province(wahyu sari yeni, 2019-05-06) Novaliza, Novaliza; Hendriani, Susi; Efni, Yulia; Tiyasiningsih, Ezky; Ilfathonah, Sri KantiThis study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management, entrepreneurial motives, and community culture in increasing competitive advantage in small and medium industries (SMIs) in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The population in this study were Small and Medium Industry Business Actors (SMIs) in Pekanbaru City, amounting to 369 people. The sample size is determined by the Slovin formula with a total of 78 people. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using factor analysis through the SPSS Version 21 application. The F Test results are proven together Knowledge Management variables, Entrepreneurial Motives, Community Culture have an influence of 24.89 with a significance level of 0.00 against Competitive Advantages, and based on the results of the T test on Hypothesis 1 Testing, there is the influence of Knowledge Management on Competitive Advantages. Testing Hypothesis 2 there is no effect of entrepreneurial motives on competitive advantage and hypothesis 3 testing there is an influence of community culture on competitive advantage.Item PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PDAM TIRTA SIAK PEKANBARU(2013-01-26) Tiyasiningsih, EzkyThis study was conducted at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Siak Pekanbaru at Jenderal Sudirman street No.246. This study aims to determine how the effect of Leadership, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment either simultaneously or partially on Employee Productivity PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru totaling 116 people, with a total sample of 53 employees. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using SPSS version 17:00. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Leadership, Compensation and Organizational Commitment) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Productivity). The magnitude of the effect caused by (R2) by three variables simultaneously on the dependent variable 63.90%, while the remaining 36.10% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Leadership, Compensation and Organizational Commitment) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Productivity).
