Item ANALYSIS OF NON POLAR FRACTION FROM MAHKOTA DEWA (Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl.) FRUIT WITH GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROSCOPY(2014-03-27) Susilawati; Matsjeh, Sabirin; Pranowo, Harno Dwi; Anwar, ChairilAnalysis of n-hexane fraction from mahkota dewa fruit had been carried out by using GC-MS. The result of GC separation revealed that n-hexane fraction contains 27 component but only 8 component were identified. Based on the GC-MS library prediction, compounds from peak 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 20, 22 and 25 respectively were analysed as styrene (1), furan, tetrahydro-2,2-dimethyl (2), phenol, 2-methoxy-4-(2-propenyl)- eugenol (3), 2-propanoic acid 3-phenyl methyl ester (methyl cinnamic) (4), benzene 1,2-dimethoxy-propenyl 4-2 metileugenol (5), hexadecanoic acid methyl ester (methyl palmitic) (6) methyldihydromalvalic (7) tetracosanoic acid, methyl ester (8). Unfortunately another peak unidentified. Analysis fragmentation were carried out for the 3 compounds that have been successfully identified.Item ISOLASI DAN IDENTIFIKASI SENYAWA STEROID DARI DAUN RIMBANG (SOLANUM TORVUM)(2014-03-27) Susilawati; Nasution, Hafni Indriati; Limra, WidyaChemical constituent has been isolated from the dry aerial parts of rimbang (Solanum torvum). The finely chopped material was extracted with methanol then fractionated into different polarity of solvent ; hexane, and ethil acetate. Separated done with colom chromatography at silica gel-60 by step gradien polarity. 345,96 mg of colourless needles (Melting point 144-1460Celcius) has been isolated from hexane fraction. The pellet was anneled with the temperature of 700oC and then characterized using XRD. The XRD result of SrTiO3 after anneling showed some peaks, the positions of the peaks on 2θ are 23.32°, 32.72°, 40.00o, 47.07o, 52.40°, 57.80o. After anneling, the peaks become wider, this mean the samples become crystaline in structure. From the “a” value calculation “a” mean value obtained is 3,86 Å. This research is classroom action research. It was conducted in two cycles. The activity and achievement data were gained by collecting activity data by using observation sheet and daily test. The data which collected were score which descriptive analyzed statistic. The achievement in the first cycle found that the percentage of students who achieve KKM is 71,88% and the second cycle is 81,25% an increase from before the measures the percentage is only 12,5%. The conclusing of the study showed that the implementing of cooperative learning model for numbered heads together structural could improving achievement mathematic.
