Item Aktivitas Antibakteri Peptaibol Produksi Gliocladium sp T.N.C73(2015-07-04) Saputra, HendraPeptaibols are a unique class of peptides. They are characterized by molecular weights of 500- 2200 Da, a high number of non-proteinogenic, a,adialkylated a-amino acids like isovaline (Iva) and a-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib), an acetylated N-terminus, and an amino alcohol, mostly phenylalaninol, at the Cterminal end, which is lacking in the peptaibiotics. The name G peptaibol H originates from parts of the words peptide, Aib, and amino alcohol. Although peptaibols are not only produced by Trichoderma, most of the peptaibols known today have been found in this genus like Gliocladium sp. In metabolite production and extraction from Gliocladium sp. T.N.C73, it was harvested a few mycelium. TLC and detection of antibiotic compounds. MeOH extracts of Gliocladium sp T.N.C73 mycelium, were investigated for the presence of secondary metabolites including peptaibols by TLC. The separated compoimds, indentified as red spot. In this experiments, don't have red spot. Probability, dilute over sample.Item MENYELESAIKAN PERMAINAN DENGAN METODE NILAI SHAPLEY(2014-03-25) Saputra, Hendra; Nababan, T. P; Gamal, M. D. HWe study the Shapley value methods in solving n-person game. It is defined as a characteristic function, which is the player’s coalition form. The optimal strategy of every player is determined by the characteristic function. A numerical example is given at the last of the discussionItem PRODUCTION OF AN ANTIBACTERIAL COMPOUND AGAINST THE PLANT PATHOGEN Erwinia carotovora subs. Carotovora BY THE BIOCONTROL STRAIN Gliocladium sp. T.N.C73(2014-05-13) Saputra, Hendra; Puspita, Fifi; Nugroho, Titania TjandrawatiGliocladium sp. T.N.C73 was originally isolated as a biocontrol agent from suppressive soil against the phytopathogen Phytophtora capsici. Apart from producing chitinase, this biocontrol fungal strain also produces secondary metabolites having antibacterial properties against the Gram positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aeureus. In order to further explore the ability of Gliocladium sp. T.N.C73 in managing plant diseases caused by bacteria, ethyl acetate extracts of the fermentation medium of this strain was analyzed for its ability to inhibit the Gram negative Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora that causes soft rot disease in food crops. Disc diffusion bioassays showed that the extracts could inhibit E. carotovora subsp. carotovora growth. Depending on the initial spore concentration of the fermentation medium inoculum, several compounds were detected by thin layer chromatography (TLC) of the ethyl acetate extracts that fluorescence under UV light, and one compound that gave a bright red spot when sprayed with a p-anisaldehyde solution.
