Item Penerapan Model Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 145 Pekanbaru(2013-07-08) Rahmawati, SitiThis research are based on the low of the science learning outcome in SD Negeri 145Pekanbaru, it’s because the less having a meaning in learning to students. The teacher teach by using conventional way, lack of motivation from the teacher, interaction inexistence between teacher and students or student and student, the students less of enthusiastic and inactive in learning, and also the students less of paying attention the teacher when explain the lessons. The action has been doing is the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model. The objective of this research is to improve the science learning outcome of the students on the class V A SD Negeri 145 Pekanbaru. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research. The subject of this research are the students on the class V A SD Negeri 145 Pekanbaruwith amount of students 37 people, consist of 20 male students and 17 female students. The instruments of this research are syllabus, plan execution of study, and student work sheets. The result of this research shows that there are increase of learning outcome from cycle I to the cycle II. The teacher’s activities in first meeting of cycle I was 72,22%, second meeting was 75%. While in first meeting of cycle II was 80,56%, second meeting was 83,33%. The student’s activities in first meeting of cycle I was 63,89%, second meeting was 66,67%. While in first meeting of cycle II was 72,22% and second meeting was 80,56%. Seen from increase of learning outcome from the mean of basic score was 63,38 increased become 78,7 in first daily repetition and 89,84 in second daily repetition. Based on result of the research can be concluded that applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model can increase the science learning outcome of the students on the class V A SD Negeri 145 Pekanbaru.Item SINTESIS DAN UJI TOKSISITAS HIDRAZON (E)-N’-((E)-3-(4- METOKSIFENIL)-1-(NAFTALEN-1-IL)ALLILIDEN)-4- METILBENZENSULFONOHIDRAZID(Elfitra, 2022-11) Rahmawati, Siti; Jasril, JasrilHydrazone is an imine-derived compound that has various biological activities, such as anticancer, antimalarial, antimicrobial, and antioxidant,. Hydrazone compound (E)-N'- ((E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-(naphthalen-1-il)alliliden)-4-methylbenzensulfonohidrazid (HDZ-1-NFT-4-TSH) has been successfully synthesized. Begins with the formation of chalcone (E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-(naphtalene-1-yl)-prop-2-en-1-one by reacting 1-acetylnaphtalene and 4-methoxybenzaldhyde with KOH 3N as catalyst then produced yield 29.70%. The next step was reacted chalcone and p-toluensulfonyl hydrazine with HCl 3N as catalyst then produced yield 77.87%. The hydrazone compound was tested with TLC test, melting point and HPLC analysis. The compound was analyzed by UV-Vis and FTIR spectrophotometer. The toxicity of the compound was evaluated by BSLT (brine shrimp lethality test) method using Artemia salina Leach larvae. The test results showed that the hydrazone compound was non-toxic with LC50 value of 251,18 μg/mL.
