The data processed in data mining uses a technique that combines data analysis methods with existing algorithms in data mining. Data processing can be used in any aspect of the field, including in the culinary field. Sunrice Pekanbaru is a culinary business that is growing and already has a lot of sales transaction data. The data can be processed using an apriori algorithm by applying the existing association rules in data mining. Existing data from the results of consumer spending patterns can be analyzed using the market basket analysis method. The results of the data processing can be used as a source of information for the marketing in the culinary business of Sunrice Pekanbaru because it can find trends in the combination of itemsets from menus that are frequently purchased by customers.Item ANALISIS JARINGAN KOMPUTER IPV4 MENGGUNAKAN METODE QUALITY OF SERVICE (QOS) DI FAKULTAS MATEMATIKA DAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM UNIVERSITAS RIAU(2021-01) Ferdhana, Iggo Ardie; Fitriansyah, AidilInternet network is needed in the current era of globalization. Department of Computer Science, University of Riau is one of the departments that uses the internet network to support activities within the academic community that require a stable internet connection. Measuring the quality of the internet also needs to be done to determine the level of internet quality that is owned by the Department of Computer Science, University of Riau, considering how important the internet is today. The method used to measure the quality of this internet network is Quality of Service. In this method, iPerf3 and Ping software are used. For the best reliability on cable networks with an average Throughput of 100% with an index result of 4 including the category "Very Good", Delay (latency) with an average of ~ 1ms with an index result of 4 including the "Very good" category, Packet Loss with average of 0% with an index result of 4 in the "Very Good" category, and Jitter with an average of ~ 0.093 with an index of 3 in the "Good" category.Item ANALISIS SISTEM MANAJEMEN KEAMANAN SISTEM INFORMASI PADA PT. Citraciti Pacific is a limited liability company engaged in property and real estate with a number of projects that have been built, namely Mall SKA Pekanbaru. SKA Mall as a modern shopping center is present in the midst of society which is now facing the era of technology 4.0. In this study, it is explained that there have been no major problems that have occurred in the case of information security at PT. Citraciti Pacific. Although in general the information security problems of PT. Citraciti Pacific has been resolved, but the results have not yet been measured to what extent the information security of the company is in terms of maturity level and readiness level. Based on this statement, this study measures the level of maturity and readiness of the information security management system at PT. Citraciti Pacific as a review of information security readiness, success, and achievements related to a certain level of completeness and maturity. This study uses the ISO 27001: 2013 standard and the Systems Security Engineering Capability Maturity Model (SSE-CMM) scale. The result of this research is that the maturity level is at level 3 (well defined) for the five clauses studied. The Department of Communication, Informatics and Encryption of Kampar Regency has the main task of carrying out some of the authorities of the Kampar Regency Government in the field of Communication, Information and Encryption. Currently, the Department of Communication, Informatics and Encryption of Kampar Regency utilizes IT for daily operational activities to build a professional, effective, efficient, and accountable management system. Given the very important role of the Information Communications and Encryption Office of Kampar Regency, it is necessary to measure the level of ability of the Kampar Regency Information and Encryption Communication Service in terms of information technology governance using the COBIT 5 framework and DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) domain. measurement using DSS01 and DSS02 subdomains. In this study, it was found that the DSS01 subdomain was worth 61.7% with an 'L' rating or largely achieved, which means that the implementation of the process has been running and some indicators for level 1 capability have been achieved. For the DSS02 subdomain, it is worth 57.7% with a rating of "L" or largely achieved, which means the implementation of the process has been running and also some indicators for level 1 capability have been achieved. So it can be concluded that the level of capability of the Department of Communication, Informatics and Encryption of Kampar Regency for both DSS01 and DSS02 subdomains is at level 1.Item ANALISIS TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5 (Studi Kasus: UPT TIK Universitas Riau)(Elfitra, 2021-12) Andriani, Dira; Fitriansyah, AidilInformation technology has an important role in supporting various public interests in all aspects of life. Riau University as one of the educational institutions also utilizes IT in daily operations to build a professional, effective, efficient, and accountable management system. ICT Unit of Riau University is responsible for managing IT within the Riau University. To measure the level of ICT Unit capability in terms of information technology governance, the COBIT 5 framework is used and calculated on DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) domain, focusing on DSS01 and DSS04 subdomains. In this study, the result indicated that the DSS01 subdomain has a value of 81,7% and a rating of "L" or largelly achieved, which means that the implementation of the process has been running and some indicators for level 1 capability have been achieved. Meanwhile, the DSS04 subdomain reached 40.4% with a “P” rating or partially achieved, meaning that the process has not been able to achieve the target so that the management of this sustainability process is very small. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the ability of the ICT Unit of Riau University in terms of IT governance is at level 1 for the DSS01 subdomain and at level 0 for the DSS04 subdomain.Item IDENTIFIKASI PENYAKIT TANAMAN PADI BERBASIS PENGOLAHAN CITRA(2014-05-22) Fitriansyah, Aidil; Abdullah, Siti Norul Huda SheikhDesease factor is the most important problem to the farmer nowadays. Because the number of transactions that occurred everyday causes the accumulation of data. Therefore, the data is better processed to improved sales strategy. The association rule mining method is used to found associative rules or the relationship of certain things between a combination of items, which later aims to found out the pattern of combinations of prescription drugs that often appeared used the apriori algorithm. This system is designed used UML, made the system used the PHP programming language and database. This research was conducted on 1,302 transaction data in April-May 2021 with a minimum support parameter of 7% and a minimum confidence of 20%. This study resulted in four association rules with a combination of items up to 2-itemset.Item KLASIFIKASI KELUARGA BERISIKO STUNTING MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR(Elfitra, 2023-07) Franata, Budi Hairi; Fitriansyah, AidilStunting is a nutritional condition that persists in children and is characterized by low body weight and abnormal height compared to their age. According to Presidential Regulation 72 of 2021, stunting is a growth and development disorder in children caused by chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, which is characterized by a length or height below the standards set by the minister responsible for health affairs. This study aims to determine the classification of stunting risk in families using the KNearest Neighbor algorithm in the village of Pinang Sebatang Timur, using a dataset of 1000 entries that will be divided into training and testing data. Based on the research results using 700 training data and 300 testing data, the study achieved an accuracy of 99.33%, precision of 100%, and recall of 98.81%. These results were implemented in a web-based programming system.Item KLASIFIKASI TANAMAN REMPAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK BERBASIS R(Elfitra, 2022-12) Junaidi, Ahmad fajri; Fitriansyah, AidilSpices have many types. Some are used as seasoning for cooking and some are used as herbal medicine. Of the many spices that exist, it is not uncommon for spices to have a similar looks so few people have it difficult distinguishing them. For example, Ginger, Turmeric, Galangal, and Temulawak. This research aims to perform image recognition of the four spices and form a CNN classification model that can distinguish the four spices. This research will use 180 spice images as samples where each type has 45 image samples. Then the model is formed using the R programming language with the help of the Keras package and the tensorflow package. because making a neural network model using Keras does not need to write code to express mathematical calculations one by one. Testing with a sample of 40 spice images shows an accuracy rate of 85% which is considered to have been able to classify the differences between the types of spices that tested.Item KLASTERISASI DATA UNSUPERVISED MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS(2020-04) Pramesti, Hanggara Bima; Fitriansyah, AidilEach year the research of student’s thesis is increasing and it is possible to have the same or similar topics, where this thesis document can be grouped or clusterized based on the similiarity pattern of titles. Before doing a thesis document clustering, the title of the thesis will be weighted using the Text Mining method and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). The grouping method used is the K-Means method which is an unsupervised clustering technique with the calculation distance of similarities using Cosine Similarity and the selection of initial cluster centroids that have been developed using Improved K-Means, which combines distance and density optimization methods. The final result of the clustering using 73 data title text of the thesis student generates seven clusters where members of each cluster have a high similiarity seen from the title text of a fellow cluster member.Item PENENTUAN POLA TINGKAT PEMESANAN BARANG INVENTARIS KANTOR MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA APRIORI(Elfitra, 2023-05) Albi, Albi; Fitriansyah, AidilThe development of technology is growing along with the needs of its users. With the development of technology, it can solve many problems that were previously solved in a conventional way. One of the problems that can be solved by technology development is problems in the office sector. The Inspectorate of Kampar needs a system to process data that can produce inventory ordering data that is often ordered so that it becomes a reference for adding stock items. One of the data processing technique that can be used is the Apriori algorithm, because the apriori algorithm is one of the best algorithms in data mining so that it can get association rules from data and information on the order level of office inventory items. This research uses data on the order level of office inventory items for the period January 2018 to December 2022 as much as 298 data with 51 items of inventory ordered for each date. This research uses a minimum support value of 2% and a minimum confidence of 26% so as to produce a pattern of 54 rules with the highest value being the combination of box file and color hvs folio paper with a support value of 5.03% and a confidence value of 31.91%. The resulting association rules then formed the best strategy recommendations for the Kampar Inspectorate to take a decision in making orders so as to reduce the ordering of excessive inventory items and increase productivity.Item PENERAPAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5 DALAM MENGETAHUI KESENJANGAN KONDISI TI DI KABUPATEN PELALAWAN(Elfitra, 2022-07) Khoirunnisa, Syafika; Fitriansyah, AidilThe Communication and Information Department of Pelalawan Regency is a government agency that carries out government affairs in the fields of communication, informatics, statistics and coding. In the use of information technology in an agency, it is necessary to have governance that functions to ensure that IT in the agency can play a role in controlling and directing the agency in the process of achieving goals effectively. So to measure the level of ability of The Communication and Information Department of Pelalawan Regency used COBIT 5 framework and carried out on the DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) domain, focusing on the DSS01 and DSS05 subdomains. In this study, the DSS01 subdomain had a value of 63,58% with a rating of "L" or largelly achieved. For the DSS05 subdomain, it had a value of 68,37% with a rating of "L" or largely achieved. So it can be concluded that the level of capability The Communication and Information Department of Pelalawan Regency Regency was at level 1 for the DSS01 subdomain and the DSS05 subdomain.Item PERINGKASAN DOKUMEN TUGAS AKHIR SECARA OTOMATIS MENGGUNAKAN METODE TF-IDF DAN K-MEANS(2020-06) Nabilla, Syntia; Fitriansyah, AidilUnderstanding the final assignment with multiple pages takes a long time and it’s not efficient sometimes. This research was made to create automatic summarizing. The data used is chapter IV of the final assignment of the student Information System who graduated in 2018.. Process of the text preprocessing is divided into several parts, case folding, filtering, stemming and tokenizing. After the data passed through the text preprocessing process, the data will be weighted using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method. Then the process of grouping can be done by using k-means clustering method. Testing use compression rate showed 89.06% information in the document successfully summarized and testing use silhouette coefficient shows an average value of 0.202920986 with the mean quality of the cluster in the good category. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to make an android-based application that can control the state of the house via the internet that can be connected to cloud firebase, how to sketch the program in Arduino IDE for Smart Home with the Internet of Thing concept, how to control data from each sensor stored in the cloud. firebase, how to make electronic circuits to move doors, temperature control and lights, and how to implement the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm to group sensor data based on 5 days sensor test data. Aims to control lights in the room, electronic door locks, and control LPG leaks via the internet, introduce Smart Home more interactively, and implement the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm to make it easier for users to group sensor data based on sensor test data with the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm. This research can be useful for readers, especially students, teachers and lecturers in the field of communication technology. This study uses a literature study research method where researchers solve research problems from previous related research as well as from books, journals, and other official writings. This research data is realtime sensor data taken for 5 days. The data analysis technique of this research was carried out by analyzing the results of sensor monitoring using the Fuzzy C-Means method. The results of this study are realtime sensor data grouping based on analysis using the Fuzzy C-Means method with Microsoft Excel and Rapidminer manual calculations. Where objects can provide home security information include people entering the house, LPG leaks, temperature conditions, humidity in the house and light intensity.Item PREDIKSI KEBUTUHAN AIR PDAM DENGAN ALGORITMA ELMAN RECURRENT NEURAL NETWORK(Elfitra, 2021-12) Manaf, Akhyarni; Fitriansyah, AidilThe government established PDAM to provide clean water services for the community in a fair and equitable manner. An increase in the number of customers can become a serious problem when it is not balanced with the capacity provided. By knowing the water demand in the future period, the water deficit can be prevented. The purpose of this study was to predict the volume of water demand for non-commercial user groups or households at BPAB Tandun, Rokan Hulu Regency using the Elman Recurrent Neural Network (ERNN) algorithm. The data used is the total monthly water volume for 5 years from January 2015 to December 2019 which is compiled in time series. In this study, it was found that the demand for water increases every year with a seasonal pattern and the highest volume is in December. From the evaluation results it was found that the best model could predict PDAM water demand for the next 12 months with an MSE value of 0.0403 or 4% (<10%). The model succeeded in recognizing the pattern of water demand with the best prediction results in the 4th month (April) and the 7th month (July). So it can be concluded that the Elman Recurrent Neural Network (ERNN) algorithm is suitable for making predictions.Item PREDIKSI PENDAPATAN PERIODE SELANJUTNYA PADA TOKO PUTRA DINI MENGGUNAKAN METODE REGRESI LINEAR BERGANDA(Elfitra, 2023-09) Karim, Abdul; Fitriansyah, AidilAccording to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs. Article 1 states that a micro business is a productive business owned by an individual and/or an individual business entity that has the criteria for a micro business as stipulated in the law. One of the criteria for MSME traders is that they have not implemented administrative activities in running their business, as a result there are problems that arise, namely not being able to manage finances properly. At the PUTRA DINI store, for example, the owner of the men's clothing store revealed that he did not separate the expenses from the shop or himself in a well-thought-out manner. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can predict future income so that bussinesman can balance their income and expenses. In this research the case study is located at the Putra Dini store at ITC Sukaramai. The method used in predicting income uses multiple linear regression methods. In this method two independent variables are used, namely the number of goods sold and the number of transactions. The results of the prediction of income in the next period, month January 2023, obtained a prediction result of IDR 93,650,653 with an MAD error value of 0.25 units.Item SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN TERPADU BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE SCRUM DI KANTOR KECAMATAN TAMPAN KOTA PEKANBARU(wahyu sari yeni, 2019-01-31) Santana, Tito; Fitriansyah, AidilThe implementation of services at the sub-district office of Tampan Pekanbaru city has several problems such as data management less than the maximum. Then it needed an integrated service information system capable to performing data management of services digitally. Web-based integrated service information system developed by scrum agile software development method. The results obtained are integrated service information system capable to processing service data and display reports in the graph. Then the development of information systems using scrum agile software development method proved to easily overcome the changing requirements, because it gets feedback periodically. And from result of focus factor got the final value is 0,73 or 73%, so it can be said the percentage level of the focus workmanship in manufacture integrated service information system is 73%.Item SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA KERUSAKAN SMARTPHONE MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING(Elfitra, 2022-06) Harahap, Zulfahri; Fitriansyah, AidilSmartphone is one of the devices of the development of information technology. Along with the times, smartphones can help every human work with various facilities and conveniences such as communication tools, transportation, business, entertainment, and even access all the desired information according to needs. This is inseparable from the problems that exist on smartphones, one of which is damage caused by user negligence factors to unexpected disasters. This smartphone damage diagnosis expert system aims to detect damage to smartphones. In this study, there were 12 damage data and 32 symptom data that would be entered into an expert system using forward chaining reasoning techniques. Based on the results of the research conducted, the forward chaining method applied to the expert system can provide information on smartphone damage based on the symptoms that have been experienced by users, so that damage can be treated immediately.Item SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT DAN HAMA PADA TANAMAN PORANG (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume) MENGGUNAKAN METODE DEMPSTER-SHAFER(Elfitra, 2023-11) Gani, Suherman Abdul; Fitriansyah, AidilThe porang plant (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume) is a type of Indonesian tuber plant that belongs to the family of Araceae plants. In recent years, the demand for porang in the world and domestic markets has continued to increase, this has become a public interest in planting porang because it has quite a large potential opportunity. However, like other plants, porang cultivation cannot be separated from pests and diseases. Porang farmers must be able to quickly identify the types of pests and diseases that attack crops to minimize damage. A quick way that can be used to identify diseases and pests in porang plants is to use a tool in the form of an expert system. One method that can be used in expert systems is Dempster-shafer. This method can help in diagnosing diseases and pests based on the entered symptoms. This study used 3 pest data, 4 disease data, and 22 symptom data on porang plants. This study involved 2 experts with 12 different case data in the field. The results of this study are based on a comparison of expert diagnoses with systems, there are 11 appropriate diagnostic data.
