Item EKSPLORASI BAKTERI PENGHASIL BIOSURFAKTAN DARI SAMPEL AIR KOLAM GATHERING STATION PT. BUMI SIAK PUSAKO PROVINSI RIAU(2012-11-12) Hasbi, M.; Budijono; Maria Linda, Tetty; Widiarti, WiwikKajian isolasi bakteri penghasil biosurfaktan dari sampel air kolam pemisah air limbah dan minyak mentah Gathering Station (GS) dan CLTS/CMTF PT. Siak Bumi Pusako Siak Sri Indrapura telah dilakukan. Ditemukan 8 isolat bakteri murni. Uji Indeks Emuisi (lE^J mendapatkan bahwa semua isolat yang diperoleh menghasilkan biosurfaktan dengan tingkat produksi yang berbeda-beda. Ditemukan dua isolat yang paling tinggi potensi sebagai penghasil biosurfaktan dengan aktivitas emuisi sebesar 100% yaitu SIAI^ dan S2AI2 Uji Indeks Emuisi (lE^^) lebih akurat dibandingkan Uji blood agar untuk mendeteksi isolat penghasil biosurfaktan.Item iSOLASI BAKTERI PENGAHASIL BIOSURFAKTAN DARl KOLAM PEMISAHAN LlMBAH MINYAK MENTAH GATHERING STATION PT. BUMI SIAK PUSAKO PROPINSI RIA(2013-03-07) Hasbi, Muhammad; BudijonoKajian isolasi bakteri penghasil biosurfaktan dari sampel air dan tanah/lumpur kolam pemisah air limbah dan minyak mentah Gathering Station (GS) dan CLTS/CMTF PT. Siak Bumi Pusako Siak Sri Indrapura telah dilakukan. Ditemukan 16 isolat bakteri murni masing-masing ditemukan delapan jenis dari sampel air kolam dan delapan jenis dari sampel tanah/lumpur. Berdasarkan uji aktivitas haemolisis dan emulsivikasi dari ke 16 jenis isolat bakteri tersebut diperoleh hanya dua isolat dari sampel air dengan tinggifoam (busa) yaitu A2P3 30 % dan A6P2 28 %, dua isolat pula dari sampel tanah/lumpur yaitu T1P2 12 % dan TIPS 20 %Item Know the impact of Liquid Waste Disposal Water Quality River Tarai district of Kampar Regency Mines(2013-07-23) Kurniawan, Nurmasadi; Budijono; M.HasbiThis study was conducted in May 2013 in the waters of River Tarai District of Kampar Regency Mines. While the analysis of parameters of BOD, COD, TSS and ammonia performed at the Laboratory of the Department of Public Works, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the impact of the disposal of liquid waste on water quality River Village Tarai Tarai district of Kampar Regency Mines aspects of physics (pH, temperature, flow velocity, TSS, depth) and chemical (DO, BOD, COD, Ammonia. From the research this can be concluded that, wastewater effluent know an impact on the physical and chemical quality of river water Tarai as TSS increased, the depth and speed of flow, BOD, COD, pH and NH3. overall impact of discharges liquid waste into the waters of river Tarai still not exceed the assimilation capacity of the river Tarai based on the availability of dissolved oxygen conditions which still meets or is above the minimum requirement of fish life, which is 3 mg /l.Item KOMPARASI PENGGUNAAN BIOFILTER MEDIA PLASTIK BEKAS DAN SAND-FITO FILTER DAN GABUNGANNYA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS AIR LIMBAH PABRIK KARET(2016-07-21) M. Hasbi; BudijonoLimbah cair pabrik karet mengandung polutan organik yang tinggi sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan penurunan kualitas air sungai. Peningkatan kualitas efluen air limbah pabrik karet perlu diupayakan terus guna menjamin kualitas air sungai tetap sesuai dengan peruntukannnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan mengujicobakan 2 rangkaian unit alat biofilter bermedia plastik bekas proses anaaerob-aerob dan fito-sand filter untuk mengolah air limbah karet dengan respon parameter utama yaitu BOD, COD, TSS dan NH3 selama 2 bulan. Hasil komparasi penelitian yang diperoleh adalah (1) penggunaan biofilter media plastik bekas proses anaerob-aerob terjadi penurunan BOD 87.8%, COD 84.4%, TSS 89.9% dan NH3 85.1%; (2) penggunaan sand-fito filter terjadi penurunan BOD 98.7%, COD 84.4%, TSS 95.4% dan NH3 92.8%; dan (3) gabungan biofilter dan sand-fito filter terjadi penurunan BOD 98%, COD 98%, TSS 94.8% dan NH3 70%. Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan unit alat tersebut mampu meningkatkan kualitas air limbah karet sesuai baku mutu dan tidak bersifat toksik bagi ikan (Cyprinus carpio, Pangasius hipopthalmus, Oreochromis niloticus,) di atas 85%.Item Pengaruh Pemakaian Biofilter dengan Media Tempurung Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Penurunan Polutan Organik di dalam Air Limbah Tempe(2012-12-05) Budijono; HASBI, MThe objective of this study is to assess the influence of palm shell biofilter apliication in degrading organic pollutant in fermented soybean cake waste industry at aerobic system. This study was carried out in fermented soybean cake industry at Tampan region, Pekanbaru. The total amount of wastewater that produced ftom one small industry fermented soybean cake is around 2 m^/day, and now is collected in wastewater drainage. Wastewater treatment of aerobic system. Basically this wastewater treatment relies on bacteria in degrading pollutants. The use of palm shell is to increase specific surface of media for attaching bacteria. The system consist of one reactor that is made of 5 mm glass, and the volume reactor 140 liter. The reactor was equipped with one circulating pump and blower in the aerobic zone. It took 30 days for seeding micoorganism. The reactor were run in four different resident time, namely 4 hours, 3 hours, 2 hours and 1 hour. The raw water used in this experiment is waste water from tofli and fermented soybean cake industries that have organic compound around 594.08 - 1276.64 mg/1. The water for physical and chemical analysis is sampled daily. It took from raw water and aerobic colum of reactor. The results fix)m 192 physical and chemical parameters from 24 water samples showed that the palm shell biofilter gives a little influence to degrade organic pollutant. The efficiency process in decreasing organic compund value around 6.47 - 16.48%, TSS 32.47 - 97.19%, TDS 7.89 - 19.25%, ammonia 0.66 - 2.75%, total phosphate 1.76 - 5.13%, and nitrate 3.24 - 6.99%.
