    The press is a social institution that serves as a medium of information, education, entertainment and social control, whose existence is guaranteed by the constitution. In carrying out the function of the press as a tool of social control such releases require protection of legal certainty. Looking at the various cases involving the press coverage due to legal settlement is reflected in the lack of legal certainty.
