Item Hubungan Sosial Patron Klien Antara Petani Sawit Dengan Tauke Sawit di Desa Kotalama Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu(2013-01-28) AFLAH, HASNELAbstract Humans have a primary and secondary needs such as food, drink, clothing, and shelter, it is for the survival of human life it will not be apart from the help of others who are lingkungannnya. This dependence is manifested in a social interaction that takes place in the environment. The nature of social interactions and then creates a social relationship that can form the linkage relationship between the parties interact as father and son, the employer and the worker, doctor and patient, and others. In a patron-client relationships is toke role as ruler of the oil that causes farmers smallholders can not do anything in terms of selling the results of his palm without prior employer as He said to Selo Soemardjan and Soelaiman Soemardi explaining that the power depends of the ruling and that in control or in other words between those who have the ability to launch the effect and influence of the party receiving it willingly or unwillingly. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the relationship between smallholders with the boss in the Village District Kotalama Kunto Darussalam Rokan Hulu, to determine the extent of the relationship between smallholders with the employer in the Village District Kotalama Kunto Darussalam Rokan Hulu.
