    Dalam hidup manusia tidak pernah terlepas dari hukum. Sebab hkumlah yang mengendalikan masyarakat dalam berbagai tindakannya. Sosiologi hukum merupakan pengontrol ketimpangan dalam berbagai kehidupan sosial masyarakat dan dipandang sebagai sarana komoditas penyelesaian secara damai. Wujud nyata sebuah konflik lahir dengan sendirinya apabila keadilan tidak menyentuh perasaan dalam masyarakat sehingga legalitas dan keadilan itu sendiri justru memicu timbulnya konflik. Karena itu d ibutuhkan penyelesaian yang bijaksana.

    There are some fundamental things in human life one marriage wich is one of the ideals of very human being in his life. So it is no legislation on human relationships with each other in family life have been there a rule that is by the issuance of law No.1 of 1974 concering marriage and implementation of government regulation No.9 of 1975 Undang-law no. 1 of 1974 also set about the consequensces of the existence of a good maariage due to the material relationship, child marriage offspiring as well as aresult of the joint property of husband and wife in a perkawinan. Namun so now there are many phenomena in the development of civil law marriage law, especially with so many marriages happen at this point in some areas.

    Banking law is part of the banking system so if the law is not valid then the system will perbankanpun invalid because perbakan law determines the direction of policy from banking institutions such as Law No. 7 of 1992 on the Law of Banking feel less meakomodir the changes made by Law Number 10 of 1998. In the world of secret bank banking is very important that this is because in a secret bank that determines whether he's solid and can be trusted by its customers and should be protected either through civil or criminal.
