    A topic about children and the protection for them is never stopped to be discussed as long as the history of human’s life. The children as the young generation who are prepared as the stick holders for the future of a country, especially Indonesia. Protection for the children means to protect the human’s resourceand grew them up well in prosperous country spiritually and materiil, which is based on the five principles (pancasila) and constitution 1945. Children has right to get care and protection before and after they are born.
