    PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN DI PT. WASKITA GUNA JAYA DI PEKANBARU

    This research is done at P.T. Waskita guna jaya. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of job environment to the safety condition and health assurance in a company. The achievement of a company in running its business is depending on the contribution of production factor used. Every production factor has its important role to achieve the goal. The total population of this research is 43 employees. Because of the restrictiveness of the number of population, so the sample is taken by census. Data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The condition of job environment is almost conducive while the condition of K3 at PR. Waskita Guna Jaya is also good. The result of this research is environment has significant influences in creating good safety condition and health assurance in a company. K3 condition is about 49,4% influenced by aspects inside the job environment felt by the employees in company. The recommendation given is management should apply and implement the conducive of job environment with basic principle to the rule of K3 and, recommendation given to the next management is do the socialization, discussion, and keep on communication to the employees on how applying company’s culture Observation is needed to get well planning for K3 program in order that every member of company can gain the consistency and perfect cultural job
