Health Effects of work Safety (K3) and discipline Working Against Employee Performance In The Production PT. Crumb Rubber Factory Pekanbaru Riau. The research was carried out at PT. Pekanbaru Riau Crumb Rubber Factory, the purpose of the study to determine the effect of occupational health safety (K3) and the disciplinary effect on the employee's performance of production at PT. Crumb Rubber Factory Pekanbaru Riau, to influence health safety (K3) and discipline simultaneously on the employee's performance of production at PT. Crumb Rubber Factory Pekanbaru Riau and to determine the dominant factor affecting the performance of production employees at PT. Crumb Rubber Factory Pekanbaru Riau. The population of this study are employees of the production of the PT. Crumb Rubber Factory Pekanbaru Riau as many as 92 people. Of these the authors take a sample of 48 people by using the formula Slovin. In analyzing the data, the writer uses descriptive analysis compares the data with various theories that support and explain or describe the nature and use SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17.00. To see the effect Occupational health and safety (K3) and work discipline on the performance of the authors used multiple regression formula (multiple regression). Based on the evidence from the research hypotheses about the variables respondents K3, K3 employees envisaged that category either. This is because employees are able to work in accordance with the standards set by the company. The results of the responses regarding discipline variables, illustrated that the employees do not agree with the policies adopted corporate discipline. This is because companies lack policies applied in accordance with the wishes and needs of the employees. According to the results of linear regression analysis K3 and disciplinary variables have a significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the level of closeness of relationship between the two variables is strong or K3 and disciplinary influence on employee performance is strong.
