    Implementation Patterns Partnership Program PT. Angkasa Pura II in Pekanbaru. This study aims to look at the implementation of the partnership program PT. Angkasa Pura II in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses the qualitative data analysis procedure solving the problem studied by using the method presented the results of the information obtained from the interview that was obtained from direct observations in the field, then analyzed and diintrepetasikan with the conclusion. The results indicate the implementation of partnership programs PT. Angkasa Pura II in Pekanbaru City is run in accordance with the applicable rules but are still experiencing problems where the funds needed have not trained partners in accordance with the funds provided by the PT. Angkasa Pura II
