PENDIDIKAN KEPELATIHAN OLAHRAGA FAKULTAS KEGURUAN DAN ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS RIAU ABSTRACT Result the indetification of the problem show that student extracuriccular of football in junior high school 6 of Pekanbaru’s not have a good psysical condition especially agility. The inssues raised in this. Whethwer there is a 360-Degree Drill exercise influence to agility on the students’ football extracurricular of Pekanbaru 6 junior high school This is due to lack of exercise leads to psysical condition especially speed. Therefore this study aims to determine whether there are significan 360-Degree drill to agility on student junior high school 6 of Pekanbaru’. This research is exsperimental research. The research conducted on student junior high school 6 of Pekanbaru’. This research aims to know influence 360-Degree drill to agility on students’ football extracurricular of Pekanbaru 6 junior high school. Rescarch hypotheses proposed in this study is there are significant of 360-degree drill to agility on the students’ football extracurricular of Pekanbaru’s 6 junior high school. Data were obstained and collected through the pretest and posttest before and after exercise. Data was analyzed deskriftive result of t tes analyzes produces t count of 12,11 and ttable 1,725 at significan level 0,05. Because t count greater than ttabel , show that it can concluded H1 accepted. It can concluded that there are significan 360-degree drill to agility on students junior high school of Pekanbaru’ 6. | en_US |
