Abstract
In this study raised the problems is "there’s Comparison Between Effects Side Lateral Raise Exercise and Forward Raise with dumbbell Exercise to Strength Backhand stroke Badminton At 6 Semester Students Daughter Sports Education University of Riau. Research purposes to determine whether there Comparison Between Effects Side Lateral Raise Exercise and Forward Raise with Dumbbell Exercise to Strength Backhand Stroke Badminton At 6 Semester Students Daughter Sports Education University of Riau.
This type of research is experimental research. Data were obtained and collected through the pretest and post test before and after exercise Side Lateral Raise and Exercise Forward Dumbbell Raise. Data were analyzed descriptively.
Analysis test t group 1 results produced t means by 9,84 and Group 2 with a yield of t means 9,52 ttabel 1.833 at significant level of 0.05, while group 1 and group 2 produced t means 0.771 by t table 1.734 at significant level of 0.05. t means < t table, so it can be concluded "there’s no difference Effects Side Lateral Raise Exercise and Forward Raise With Dumbbell Exercises is Significant to Strength Backhand Stroke Badminton at Semester 6 students daughter Sports Education University of Riau". However, based on Statistical Data Analysis are different from the average post test score (X1) is 19.1, and the average post test score difference (X2) is 18, it can be concluded that the Side Lateral Raise exercise more significant effect than forward Raise with Dumbbell Exercise to Strength Backhand stroke Badminton At 6 Semester Student Daughter Sports Education University of Riau
