Abstract
Divorce is a rupture of relations between husband and wife because of certain reasons which resulted in an domestic disharmony in the household that resulted in separation. Cases handled by religious courts recently have continued to rise. Phenomenon that occurs at the time of divorce has become commonplace in society, let alone divorce is dominated by women who sued her husband for divorce. Differences in the condition of society at this time the condition of society in the past. The changes are very influential with the views of the public about the divorce.
The purpose of this study is to want to know why many civil servants who sued her husband for divorce, you want to know how women's views on divorce which often happens in the environment masayrakat. The method is used to analyze descriptive quantitative data collection technique is the observation, in-depth interviews and questionnaires.
Based on the research the number of women civil servants who sued for divorce largely due to meddling parents, infidelity, domestic violence, economic and biological factors husband, because all of these factors are interrelated. While the views of women civil servants against divorce, they Leih looking at the benefits obtained from a household relationship. If the relationship is no longer profitable household one of the parties then to establish a romantic relationship in the household would be difficult to realize.
