Abstract
Tourism manage well can also add one of the areas a PAD. So also with potential tourist
destinations owned district Kampar. District Kampar is one of the areas a tourist destination favorite
visitors. Tourist attraction in the country of Kampar consisting of an object such us: Candi Muara
Takus, Isslamic Centre, Istana Kerajaan Gunung Sahilan, Hutan Wisata Rumbio, PLTA Koto Panjang,
Dan Pemandian Alam Petapahan. Lack of infrastructure, facilities, and infrastructure and resources of
the manus. The purpose of the research is based of the issue of research is to find out management
strategy dept. of tourism in the developing tourism in the country of Kampar and to know factors that
effects culture in the development of existing in the country of Kampar.
From the research is know that the management strategy dept. of tourism art and culture in the
development of tourism in the country of Kampar appertain not work well. However, which means that
it has been running lacking well-realized.
