Abstract
Teacher selection is accomplished according to the Regulation of the Minister of State
for the Use of Personnel and Bureaucracy Reform Number 16 of 2009 on teacher
assessment. The selection of accomplished teachers is one of the school events held
annually to encourage motivation, dedication, loyalty, and professionalism. The goal of
selecting accomplished teachers is to appreciate teachers' enthusiasm, self-evaluation
and synergy in educating and enlightening students for 1 year. Through the selection of
achievement teachers, it is certainly not easy to make the selection of achievement
teachers. The selection of achievement teachers that must be required is the criteria.
Criteria as a requirement in the selection of an accomplished teacher. The goal
achieved in this study was the implementation of a decision support system using the
Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to
support decision-making to help schools in providing alternative assessments of
achievement teachers. Methods used in research include data processing, data analysis,
system design, implementation and system testing. Data processing is obtained from 96
observations, interviews and quizzes. Then the analysis of the data that was done was to
determine the criteria, bring up the teacher's alternative grades, normalize it, continue
optimization and finally to round out the best teachers from the scores obtained. The
results obtained are that the system is able to generate teacher alternative optimization
scores has been ranked 3 highest to lowest ranks with optimization scores of 0.11012,
0.10940 and 0.10727.
