Abstract
This research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes in subjects
PKN in SMP Negeri 3 Minas such, it is in because of the inability of students to achieve
the standards set by the KKM school is 7.5. This study aims to determine imlementasi
KKM assessment standards in the achievement of student learning outcomes in PKN
SMP Negeri 3 Minas district. Minas district. Siak and know the supporting factors and
obstacles in the implementation of standards implementation KKM assessment in
achieving the learning outcomes of students in SMP PKN 3 Minas district. Minas district.
Siak. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population was 422 students
where the researchers took 10% of the 422 students and teachers maple by 2 people, so
the samples in this study were 42 students and 2 teachers maple. Data retrieval can be
done by using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. In obtaining the data from
the questionnaire that was distributed to respondents can be presented as a percentage
using the formula: P = F / N x 100% (Sudjono, 2003:40).
The results of this research note that the implementation of appraisal standards in
the achievement of learning outcomes KKM PKN student at SMP Negeri 3 Minas is
often as much as 48.81%, sometimes as much as 49.4%, and never as much as 1.79%.
While distributing questionnaires to teachers of subject areas/subjects (respondents) can
be concluded that the assessment standards for the implementation of KKM stated often
as much as 0.24%, which is expressed sometimes as much as 0.06%, which has never
been as much as 0.1%. Factor for facilities/infrastructure that expressed either as much as
0.16%, which states pretty well as much as 0.04%, while the internal factors of students
who agree as much as 0.12%, as much as 0.09% disagreed, and disagree as much as
0.02%. So, implementation of standards in the achievement of KKM Assessment of
Learning Outcomes Students Civics still good enough as many as 49.4% in the opinion
Sutrisno Hadi. So, it can be concluded that the implementation of standards in the
achievement of KKM Assessment of Learning Outcomes Civics students at SMP N 3
Minas still good enough. So the hypothesis is rejected or not accepted
