| dc.description.abstract | Results showed that the identification problem footballer SSB CHEVRON Riau Pekanbaru there are shortcomings when doing agilityaffected by one of the physical condition of the agility. Therefore this study aimed to compare the significant influence of training method round 90-Degree and 90-Degree cutterhadap agility on SSB footballer CHEVRON Pekanbaru Riau. This research is experimental. The research was conducted at SSB footballer CHEVRON Pekanbaru Riau. Data were obtained and collected through the initial test and final test before and after the two forms of exercise is exercise rounda 90-Degree and 90-degree cut. Data were analyzed descriptively. From the analysis of the data shows that there is asignificant effect of the comparison between the method of exercise 90-Degreeand 90-Degree round cut towards agility on SSB footballer CHEVRON PekanbaruRiau. Based on the results of statistical analysis t test calculationsyield of 4.77 t group A, in group B of 4.57 with 1,833 ttabel, in group A and group B was 3,275 with 1,734 ttabel at significant level of 0.05. Means t> t table so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, then the practice round and90-Degree 90-degree cut to increase agility. Average increase of 0.91 in groupA and 0.99 in group B. Then the increase in the average, 90-Degree cut exercisemore significant effect on agility. | en_US |
