Seafood security is crucial for the fulfillment of animal protein in most coastal communities. However, the availability of seafood has become a concern for many parties, especially due to the high level of threat to coastal ecosystems due to human activities. Fishery's productivity in many locations in Indonesia is not optimal due to the destruction of marine biota habitats which results in a low local economic value. Inventory of the conservation of coastal areas includes two main targets, namely the community as economic actors and natural resources as an economic source. The data used in this study are divided into 2 (two) types of data, namely secondary data and primary data, in-depth interview techniques, respondent taking techniques using survey techniques combined with snow-bowling techniques. The total economic value of the region based on suitability and carrying capacity in Padaido Islands, Biak Numfor Regency can be developed.en_US
