| dc.description.abstract | The problem in this study came from researchers at the training camp following the sport of table tennis, the researchers observed that table tennis players do not have a good ability in terms of receiving, serving and hitting balls at practice or at a game so the need for additional forms systematic and well-planned exercise on improving service capabilities. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of exercise top-spin serve between net height and the height of the net was gradually phased against a forehand service results in junior table tennis athletes PTM (Table Tennis Association) Kec.Tualang Kab.Siak. This type of research is an experimental study. The population in this study are all table tennis athletes, amounting to 8 people. Sampling was carried out with total sampling, where the entire population sampled, the sample in this study amounted to 8 people. Date obtained from the test accuracy table tennis forehand that aims to find out the results forehand service. Once the date is obtained, then the techniques of date analysis in this study using t-test. Results of date analysis research note that the date are normally distributed test post because Ltabel=0.285>0.2082 Lmax . Then the test data using t-test and the results of the calculation are known t=5.18 while ttable at 95% confidence level is 2.365, so that t hitung >ttable . It can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "there are significant service training top spin using the net height and the height of the net was gradually phased in to serve forehand junior table tennis athletes PTM Kec.Tualang Kab.
