dc.description.abstract	Chitinolytic fungi were isolated from soil of natural forest Giam Siak Kecil-Bukit Batu, Riau. That isolate was namely LBKURCC17, have identified as Trichoderma sp. That isolate was cultured in the selective medium containing chitin source for 9 days to produce chitinase. It was not observed that activity of chitinase because the researh only identified specific fungi that have chitinase activity.	en_US
