| dc.description.abstract | learning is the process of teaching it in schools. This means that the success or failure of many educational achievement depends on how the learning process experienced by students as students. education since it began young man, it's just all the different education school education. human resource development can be done through education and training on the level or path. The human resource value if the ability, skills and sector development that benefits both the individual and to society. Besides humans that can change the quality of education is also a traditional human being that modern humans. Achievement is the success rate achieved from an activity or business that can provide emotional satisfaction and can be measured with instruments or a particular test that produces the value given by the teacher, which can be shaped figures that the value can also be given in the form of letters. Formulation of the problem in this study were: (1) Whether the factors that affect student achievement SMAN 1 Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan kabupaten Rokan Hilir. (2) How does the value of education for students of SMAN 1 Tanah Putih tanjung melawan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir?. Set of problem statements above, this research has several objectives: (1) Want to know the factors that affect student achievement SMAN 1 Tanah putih tanjung melawan kabupaten Rokan Hilir. (2) Want to know the meaning of education for students of SMAN 1 Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, the method used is Quantitative Descriptive by using purposive sampling or sampling deliberately. In addressing the problems of education, we often forget the fact that our schools are in the city, in the village and all dipenjuru homeland, took place with a passion and success many problems that arise in the school such as interests, attitudes, ways of learning, family, school and environmental issues are issues that Syarak society in general.
