dc.description.abstractThis paper discusses a new method resulting from the Hungarian method modification to solve an assignment problem. This new method uses one of the basic properties of determinant to reduced the cost matrix in assignment problem to obtain the optimal solution. This method can be utilized for different types of assignment problem with minimize or maximize objective functions.en_US
