Selama tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2013 ada sebanyak 148 kasus yang masuk ke Polresta Pekanbaru, sedangkan tindak pidana yang didampingi oleh Pengacara hanya sebanyak 5 (lima) kasus. Dengan demikian berarti ketentuan yang terdapat di dalam Pasal 56 KUHAP tidak dilaksanakan sepenuhnya oleh Penyidik di Polresta Pekanbaru. | en_US |
