Abstract
Banking was one of fund resource for both individual and corporation in
order to fulfill the need of fund. In giving the credit banking will be carefully and
through deep analysis. But in giving their credit some times credit given by the
debtor not back on time. This condition called credit problem. That credit problem
annoyed bank performance, therefore credit problem should be solved by both
litigation or non litigation line.

Prosedur Keredit Business Banking Bank Mandiri Persero. Peraturan
tersebut mengacu padaUndang-Undang Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa
dan Arbritrase Nomor 30 Tahun 1999 yang diatur di dalam Pasal 1 angka
10. Untuk kelompok nasabah perbankan, penggolongan kredit yang
termasuk macet dan harus menyelesaikan kredit macetnya secara negosiasi
dapat dilihat pada Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 8/19/PBI/2006 tentang
Kualitas Aktiva dan Pembentukan Penyisihan Penghapusan Aktiva
Produktif Bank Perkreditan Rakyat.
