Abstract

This research is experimental. In the experiment there are treatment methods. Experimental research method is a research method used to find the effect of a particular treatment against the other under controlled conditions. The research was carried out on students MTs Diniyah Puteri Pekanbaru the following extracurricular martial arts.Results showed that students’ problem identification MTS Diniyah Puteri Pekanbaru has not had a good agility movements. This is due to lack of exercise leading to its special physical conditions agility. The problem of the study to see whether the movement reacts to have significant impact and whether the exercises can effect the agility to react MTs Diniyah Puteri Pekanbaru students who followed Martial arts. Therefore this study aimed to determine whether there are effects of exercise agility to react to the movement of MTs Diniyah Puteri Pekanbaru student who followed extracurricular martial arts. React movement is a form of exercise that aims to train agility in making a motion reaction. Data were obtained through tests and collected through initial and final tests before and after doing the exercises react. Agility tests used in the study is Dogging Run. Dogging Run done when doing the exercises before reacting and reacting after doing exercises 16 times. The data were analyzed and descriptive statistic. T test analysis results yield 10.93 t and 1.782 t table at the significant level of 0.05. means t > t table. It can be concluded H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. This gives the conclusion that there is a significant effect of exercise agility to react to the movement of MTs Diniyah Puteri pekanbaru students who followed martial arts
