| dc.description.abstract | The phenomenon of poverty in Riau, one of which occurred dikabupaten Indragiri Hulu District lyrics. Ranks 7 out of 12 districts of Riau government to make poverty reduction program which PPDs or Village Empowerment Program, UED-SP stands for Business Economics Village Savings and Loans in the field of credit that may help to capital for small businesses, merchants, and also farmers. The research was conducted in the village of Stone Warehouse, District Lyrics. This study has the respondent amounted to 40 people as well as key informant 2. This study uses quantitative data processing and using purposive sampling techniques in selecting respondents. Criteria in the sampling of respondents who borrowed above is from 15 to above 15 million, which borrowed more than twice, as well as other criteria. The purpose of this study was to assess the success of the Village Savings and Loans Business Economics Sari Blooms in the village of Stone Warehouse, as well as to determine the impact of programs Economic Business Village Savings and Loans to borrowers family welfare The results showed the success rate of Economic Business Village Savings and Loan Warehouse stone village said to be less successful. Due to the management of this activity does not perform the appropriate procedure.
