dc.description.abstractPENGARUH TIPE KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 RAMBAH SAMO KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU Lita Riskayana Dibawah Bimbingan: Gimin dan Fenny Trisnawati Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan- Universitas Riau Jl. Bina Widya KM 12,5 Pekanbaru unri.ac.id ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to 1) how does the principal's leadership type trend in SMAN 1 Rambah Samo, 2) how is the level of motivation of teachers at SMAN 1 Rambah Samo, 3) what type of leadership principals positive and significant impact on teacher motivation ini SMAN 1 Rambah Samo. It is contrary to the statement by the experts that the principal type of good leadership will be able to create high employee motivation in every teacher, so the motivation will arise morale will definitely improve the performance of the teachers. The research conducted census of 30 teachers. Data were collected through a questionnaire made up of researchers each indicator with test validitas variabel content through expert opinion (supervisor). Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method. The results of the research indicate 1) In general of (90%) principals trend to use the type of leadership demokratic, 2) The majority of (76.70%) of teachers in the category of work high motivation, 3) F-test calculations show Fhitung>Ftables (8,001>2,052) with significant 0.001<0,05, means simultaneously leadership type has a positive and significant impact on teacher motivation, 4) T-test calculations show Thitung>Ttables (4,443>2,98) with significant 0.000<0,05, means that the type of leadership that has a partial influence on the motivation of teachers working in a positive and significant is the type of leadership otokratik, 5) Cooficient obtained determination by 48% means the type of leadership principals jointly influence the motivation of teachers, and 52% were influenced by other factors is not examined. Based on the research and discussion the authors suggest that the principal can change the type of democratic leadership to type of autocratic leadership. Because as the principal type of leadership that most affect the motivation of teachers is the type of otokratic leadership.en_US
