Abstract
This study aims to evaluate and determine user expectations and assessments of website
performance, as well as indicators that must be improved to support the improvement of
the quality of the remuneration website of the University of Riau. This study uses the
webqual 4.0 method for its indicators, then the data is analyzed using Importance
Performance Analysis. The questionnaire was distributed to 13 active lecturers who
teach in the Computer Science department. The results of this study indicate that the
overall quality of the performance of the University of Riau remuneration website is in
accordance with user expectations. Based on the results of the IPA diagram mapping,
although there are no attributes included in quadrant I, improvements can be made to
indicators that have a value of < 100% compliance, namely indicator 2, indicator 14 and
indicator 15. for indicator 2 access to remunerasi.unri.ac.id TED en can be done
quickly, the recommended recommendation is to implement Minify. Minify is the
process of reducing repetitive or unnecessary data in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
without reducing the quality that is displayed in the browser. That way the browser will
read data on web pages faster. For indicator 14; the website is equipped with a username
and password, and indicator 15; users feel safe in submitting personal data, these two
indicators are related. The recommended recommendation is to implement Two Factor
Authentication. This feature performs the identity verification process 2 times. This
feature works by sending a verification code to a phone number that has been previously
registered to the account or system.
