Abstract
The Problem of poverty in Indonesia was never finished, many of the formulas offered turns out to be yet can be a powerful remedy in addressing the diseases of poverty. Whereas poverty alleviation programs undertaken by the Government is already quite a lot, ranging from BLSM, RASKIN, JAMKESMAS/JAMKESDA to the PNPM. But the poverty program undertaken by the Government still tend to aim for the fulfillment of basic rights and reduce the burden of living alone, but not trying to improve the quality of life of the poor. There fore it takes a thought to analyze the poverty programs that have been implemented, in an attempt to find a pro a better poverty and ideal. Where is the policy analysis was done in an effort to provide alternatives that allow more policy to help the poor out of bondage. Cause analysis of policies an approach and methodology to design and locate the desired alternatives with regard to a number of complex issues, such as the issue of poverty.
