Abstract
This paper reviews three ratio estimators for the population mean in two-phase sampling
proposed by Sukhatme. All ratio estimators are biased estimator. TheirMSE(mean
square errors) are compared to find the most efficient estimator. This comparison shows that the ratio estimator in two-phase sampling has the smallest MSE(mean square error). A numerical example is given to explain the problem discussed
