dc.description.abstract | Smartphone is one of the devices of the development of information technology. Along with the times, smartphones can help every human work with various facilities and conveniences such as communication tools, transportation, business, entertainment, and even access all the desired information according to needs. This is inseparable from the problems that exist on smartphones, one of which is damage caused by user negligence factors to unexpected disasters. This smartphone damage diagnosis expert system aims to detect damage to smartphones. In this study, there were 12 damage data and 32 symptom data that would be entered into an expert system using forward chaining reasoning techniques. Based on the results of the research conducted, the forward chaining method applied to the expert system can provide information on smartphone damage based on the symptoms that have been experienced by users, so that damage can be treated immediately. | en_US |
