Abstract

This research was conducted with an experimental method which aims to obtain comparative data on the effects of exercise grass drill and practice wind sprints against anaerobic endurance on the soccer team SSB Teratai. Based on the background research problem is to define the problem "Is there a comparison between the effects of exercise drills and wind sprints grass against anaerobic endurance on the soccer team SSB Teratai?" In this study the method of sample collection technique using a random sample or samples rendom. Due to the sample collection, the researcher "mix" of subjects in the population so that all subjects are considered equal. Method of apportionment using a random number table. Where researchers took a sample of 100% of the total population of as many as 20 people and then divided into group I (odd) and group II (even) further from each group was given a different exercise is exercise in group I grass drills and wind sprints on exercise group II. Based on t test analysis that produces t A group of 5.794 to 1.860 ttable, t group B at 6.985 with 1.860 and t ttable AB group of 5,041 to 1,734 ttable. Means t> t table then the hypothesis is accepted. Thus the formulation of the hypothesis is that there is grass drill exercise influence on anaerobic endurance on the soccer team SSB Teratai, there is a wind sprint exercise influence on anaerobic endurance on SSB Teratai football team, and there is a comparison between grass drill exercises and wind sprints on the anaerobic endurance SSB football team Teratai.
