| dc.description.abstract | There are some fundamental things in human life one marriage wich is one of the ideals of very human being in his life. So it is no legislation on human relationships with each other in family life have been there a rule that is by the issuance of law No.1 of 1974 concering marriage and implementation of government regulation No.9 of 1975 Undang-law no. 1 of 1974 also set about the consequensces of the existence of a good maariage due to the material relationship, child marriage offspiring as well as aresult of the joint property of husband and wife in a perkawinan.
