Abstract
Along with the times, as now, the rampant drug crime in people's daily life. Act
only prohibits the use of narcotic drugs without license by the Act in question.
One effort to tackle crime as a social phenomenon is the Police. In Indragiri Hilir
many narcotics cases that have been revealed by police Inhil. In Indragiri Hilir
narcotic crime rate is quite high, because the region is a strategic place Indragiri
Hilir drug trafficking and circulation can be through sea and land.
Description
Peranan Kepolisian Resor Indragiri Hilir dalam pemberantasan tindak
pidana narkotika dengan melakukan berbagai peranan yaitu; pertama,
secara Promotif, kedua, secara Preventif dan ketiga, secara Represif.
Peranan Promotif merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh
Satuan Reserse Narkoba bertujuan membina masyarakat yang belum
melakukan tindak pidana narkotika dan kegiatan tersebut dapat
dilakukan dengan cara penyuluhan hukum dan memasang spanduk
anti narkoba.
