Abstract
The elections of regional heads is a form of political participation in a
democracy, the cleanliness, honesty and fairness elections will reflect the quality of
democracy in the country concerned. In order to preserve the purity of elections of
regional heads are very important for democracy, the legislature has made a number
of fraudulent elections of regional heads as a crime.
Description
Penegakan hukum tindak pidana pemilihan umum kepala daerah di Pekanbaru
tahun 2011 tidak berjalan sesuai aturan yang berlaku, yang mana pada
praktiknya dapat terlihat pada aturah hukum itu tidak berlaku bagi orangorang
kelas atas.
