Abstract:
The research was conducted at the Office of Perum Pegadaian Pekanbaru located at 455 Sudirman Street Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education on employee morale and job satisfaction to determine the effect on employee morale. The research population is all employees Pawnshop Pekanbaru numbering as many as 103 people, and 74 of them were sampled. Hypothesis testing is performed by t test and F test Based on the research and discussion it is known that employee morale is good if the note of the work, absenteeism, employee turnover, employee demands, convenience in work and so forth. So is the training program and the level of employee satisfaction. There is a significant effect of the variable training and job satisfaction on employee morale in Pekanbaru Pawnshop either partially or simultaneously. There is a higher contribution from variable training and job satisfaction on employee morale at the Pawnshop Pekanbaru which is seen from the coefficient of determination. There is a strong positive relationship between training and job satisfaction variables with employee morale in Pekanbaru Pawnshop proven correlation coefficient.
