Tipe Student Team Achievment Division (STAD) untuk Meningkatkan
Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas VA SDN 163 Pekanbaru

The research has been conducted because of lower rank result of students science at SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru. It’s because the teachers implemented lecturer method and focus on teacher learner center not students learner center not students learner center. In this method the students became passive and accepted all of the material has been given to them.The action of this research is implementation of kooperatif type student team achievement division (STAD). The objective of this research is to increase students science result of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 163 pekanbaru. Type of the research is action research. The subject of the research is fifth grade students at SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru. The population of this research is 36 ( thirty six) students, 19 (nineteen) boys and 17 (seventeen) girls. The instruments of this research are syllabus, lesson plan and work sheet students. The result of this research indicate there is any increasing in students result from first up to second siklus. Teacher activity in first siklus is 66,67% in first meeting and the second meeting is 77,78%. The second siklus, the first meeting is 80,55% and the second meeting is 94,44%. The students activity in first siklus is increase 69,44% in first meeting become 77,78% in second meeting while in second siklus is increase 83,33% in first meeting become 97,22% in second meeting. In sight, the increasingly students result of the average score 41,67% become 75% in UAS I and 91,67% siklus II.
