EFEKTIFITAS PENYALURAN DANA USAHA DESA DALAM PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN DI KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU (Studi Kasus di Desa Rambah Muda Kecamatan Rambah Hilir)

Abstract

This research aimed to know the distribution efectifity of of the rural exercion financing distribution regionon tackling poverty in rokan hulu district (study case at rambah muda region, rambah hilir subdistrict), with 20 users, 3 unusers and delve idea from expert who part of decision making method with Analitical Hierarchy Proces (AHP). The analize indicator is process distribution realization degree, return of credits, and change of poor in community income, hidicator knew to be used for the Completion of or form the new strategy in the rural exercion financing distribution. Commonly, process of fund loan distribution is good, was preceded sosialitation to ftmd loan useful. Event though there is a few mistake but it does not far digress what ecpected by general orientation and technical assistance. There are 4 Hierarchy to complete the process of distribution loan. The first Hierarchy is goal, the seconds is program actor, the thirth is problem and the last one is strategy. Users ((L:0.395) become the first priority in problem hierarchy to be able to be paid attention more. And priority strategy is empowerment government officer and figure community (L:0,187).
