dc.description.abstract PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERMAIN PERAN (ROLE PLAYING) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA DALAM DRAMA SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI 168 PEKANBARU Nana Ramadhana Putri1, Supervisor: Hamizi2, Lazim3. Study Program Elementary Teacher Education (PGSD) FKIP Pendidikan Science Department University of Riau ABSTRACT This study was conducted because there are many students who have not mastered talking in drama. This can be seen by the number of students who have not completed the initial data, namely 31 students (81.6%), while the number of students who pass are 7 students (18.4%). Activities teachers first encounter with the percentage of first cycle of 63.9%, in the second meeting cycle is 75%. At the first meeting of the second cycle 86.1% and the second meeting earned second cycle percentage is 91.7% longer. In the percentage of student activity obtained at the first meeting of the first cycle is 66.7%, in the second meeting of the first cycle percentage of student activity is 72.2%. While at the first meeting of the second cycle had increased to 83.3% and the percentage of student activity at the second meeting of the second cycle increased is 88.9% . skill speak in drama preliminary data obtained from the mean is 44.5 and the percentage of succes only 18.4%. Average increase obtained after applying the model to play a role in the first cycle UH I obtained the average increase is 67.9 percentage of students who completed 52.6%. While at UH 2 second cycle averages increased to 83.5 and the percentage of students who completed 89.5%. Based on these results the application of learning models play a role (role playing) in the eyes of Indonesian language teaching can improve students' speaking skills in drama five gradestudents of SDN 168 Pekanbaru. en_US
