TINJAUAN TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PARIWISATA FISIP UNRI SETELAH DIBERIKAN FAKTOR PENDORONG BERUPA MOTIVATION TRAINING

Abstract

University is an institution of higher education that have a responsibility to achieve the mission statement of Indonesia nation as stated in preamble of the constitution 1945, the fourth paragraph. Then, the university as an institution of higher education providers have a strong commitment to learn growing of student learning interest as participants in higher education, and to produce graduate with high standard competence. According to this research, the author try to find an interest of student learning, after given a driving factor with training motivation. The study was conducted in a field experiment with two groups of students, and test the research hypothesis are proposed.
